Data controller

PineappleAI (Sweden) is the data controller for the processing of personal data described here. Contact: pineappleai.intel@gmail.com.

What data we process

• Enquiries. The data you provide in a contact form: name, company, email, telephone and message.
• Account data. When you select a plan and create an account, we process your name, company and email address, and store a password in hashed form. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from that sign-in instead.
• Billing data.Company name, billing address and VAT number, collected during checkout so the invoice can be issued correctly. Card details are entered on our payment provider’s own pages and never reach our servers.
• Material you share with us. The business data and access you provide during onboarding and each monthly cycle, together with the findings and reports we produce from it.
• Technical data. The logs required to deliver and secure the website and the portal, including a record of security-relevant actions on an account.

Purpose and legal basis

• Answering an enquiry and preparing a possible business relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest in B2B communication.
• Creating and running your account, delivering the intelligence cycle and giving you portal access. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Invoicing and bookkeeping. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Keeping the website and the portal secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Storage

The data is stored within the EU and is retained only for as long as is necessary for the purpose or as long as the law requires. Accounting records are kept for the period Swedish bookkeeping law prescribes, even after a partnership has ended.

Recipients and processors

We never sell your data. To deliver the service we engage data processors, including our payment provider for subscription billing and invoicing, our email provider for transactional messages, and our hosting and database providers. They process data in accordance with our instructions and a data processing agreement.

Your rights

• Access to, rectification and erasure of your data.
• Objection to and restriction of processing.
• Data portability where applicable.
• The right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

The website uses minimal browser storage: your cookie consent choice is stored locally in your browser, and a session cookie is set when you sign in to the client portal. We use no tracking for marketing purposes. See the cookie policy for the full breakdown and to change your consent.
